We have been sharing concerns of  the flooding in Bujumba, Kenya.

 

Videos below have shown houses and buses and herds of cattle being washed away and water as far as the eye can see.

 

Our school in Bujumba Sits a little bit higher than the surrounding landscape and the village is mostly marooned but families who have lost their homes or can't reach their homes are coming to us for food and shelter.

 

Currently we have about 50 displaced people who will be "camping" in our classrooms. All of the schools of Kenya are closed.

 

There is an IMMEDIATE need for feeding and providing bedding for these 50 people at a cost of about $2000 US dollars.
